Job Title: IT Project Manager

Duration: 6-12 month contract with strong potential for extension and/or conversion

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives within their Technology Services organization. This role focuses on Technology Infrastructure and Networking projects and requires strong project management expertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.

• Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, primarily within Technology Infrastructure and Networking domains.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and end users to define scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply change management best practices to influence stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business, technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience across multiple business domains.
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

• Experience with infrastructure-related projects, including Cloud technologies (Azure), Networking, Virtualization, Wireless, Data Center, and Technology Architecture initiatives.
• Strong business analysis skills within an IT environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience managing Agile or hybrid projects.
• Experience in healthcare, academic, or research-oriented environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops and/or JIRA.
• Familiarity with Service Now PPM applications.
