Job Summary

We’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support the Performance and Mass Marketing teams. This role will manage multiple marketing initiatives—primarily Email Marketing—ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. You'll coordinate workflows, track progress, manage dependencies, and report updates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing projects using Agile and traditional PM methodologies
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage priorities and cross-functional dependencies
• Track KPIs and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Jira, Smartsheet, Ziflow, Confluence
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure clear communication across stakeholders and leadership teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project or operations management, ideally within a marketing or agency setting
• Proven experience leading complex projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, and Salesforce

Preferred Experience

• Background in agency operations or marketing coordination
• Experience managing high-volume projects and fast-turn deliverables
• Familiarity with TV ad production or media/creative workflows
• Strong candidates may come from roles like Senior Marketing Coordinator or Operations Lead
