We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Program Manager to join our team, based out of Egypt. This role will own GSF program delivery across multiple countries in the region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, and South Africa. The Regional Program Manager will be responsible for driving new programs, scaling existing initiatives, and ensuring end-to-end execution in alignment with business and operational goals.

The successful candidate will work across a wide network of stakeholders including operations, tech, business, and third-party partners. They will own cross-functional projects with high impact, navigate complex dependencies, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute regional GSF programs across multiple countries in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Build and scale mechanisms for process improvements, new initiatives, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with tech, operations, and business teams to drive end-to-end program delivery.
  • Manage multiple complex engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor key metrics, dive deep into data, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Communicate effectively across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
