Intermediate Clinical Applications Analyst (Radiology Imaging)

Analyze, plan, design, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support of Baptist One Care (Epic). Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal business systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization. Employ clinical, financial, technical, or application knowledge and experience to perform system builds, upgrades, and enhancements. Support the application through all phases of implementation, optimization, and maintenance. Work with a cross‑functional team and end users to achieve application integration that meets clinical and business needs.

Exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of original, creative, intellectual work. Incumbent is subject to callback and on‑call as required, and may perform other duties as assigned.

• Facilitate the implementation of Baptist One Care and related projects to meet organizational objectives and strategies.
• Analyze problems, recommend improvements, and develop appropriate action plans using Baptist Management System tools to promote transformation and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct testing of software applications using established standards and protocols.
• Provide ongoing support of Epic and other applications within the area of responsibility.
• Complete assigned goals and deliverables.

• Minimum
  
  Required:
  
  Proven combination of experience that demonstrates knowledge of healthcare issues, system issues, software design, and integration; at least five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Preferred/Desired: Experience in project management and/or system implementations.

  Education from an accredited institution or equivalent experience; certification program or two‑year college degree; completion of Epic certification within 90 days of completing training.
• Preferred/Desired: Bachelor’s degree.
