Associate Marketing Manager, Paid Search

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Associate Manager, Marketing - Paid Search to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the customer journey by leading the execution of paid search, shopping, and app download campaigns. You’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver a seamless, omni-channel retail experience that drives results.

• Lead planning and execution of paid search and shopping campaigns.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure campaign success.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize paid search budgets and report on ROI.
• Stay current on attribution models, Google products, and martech innovations.
• Manage product data feeds and Google Merchant Center content.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new media opportunities.

• 5–7 years of experience in Advertising, Media, Ecommerce, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Paid Search/Shopping experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in SEM bidding platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Supervisory Requirements:
  Manages external agency relationships. May supervise one direct report.

• Experience with large-scale retail, automotive, or home improvement campaigns.
• Familiarity with feed syndication platforms and product content optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
