Senior Consultant – HCM System and Projects

The Senior Consultant leads and supports Oracle Cloud HCM modules, resolving complex issues and leading testing and enhancement work streams.

• Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s)
• Proactively develop solutions and troubleshoot issues in assigned modules
• Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver enhancements
• Participate in quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy
• Mentor associates and intermediates in system usage
• Lead user training and office hours
• Lead and participate in cyclical and cross-functional projects
• Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on HCM data and processes
• Other duties as assigned

• 4+ years Oracle Cloud HCM or HRIS experience in assigned module(s) or 2+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s)
• Oracle Cloud HCM experience in assigned module(s) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree in human resource, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, configuration, and process design skills
• Ability to manage assigned module(s) work streams independently
• Experience in business analysis and Agile methodology, with a focus on driving iterative improvements and stakeholder value
• Proven experience leading and contributing to cross-functional projects
• Experience planning, executing, and supporting unit, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, quality, and alignment with business requirements
