• Base pay range up to $90,600 per year

• Resolve complex payroll issues and provide expertise to team members and HR managers
• Ensure timely processing of off-cycle payroll requests and investigate process failures
• Handle complex payroll processes, including recovery of over payments and severance processing
• Monitor open tickets and follow up on overdue tasks within the payroll system
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in collaboration with process improvement analysts

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of related work experience in Payroll
• Prior experience with Workday preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

• Experience in payroll compliance and knowledge of applicable payroll laws and regulations
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to identify trends
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• High standards of integrity and professionalism
