HR Manager

Description

• Lead the HR team by promoting open communication, building trust, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

• Partner closely with the leadership team to provide guidance on company policies, HR best practices, and compliance with state and federal regulations (including ADA, FMLA, AAP, HIPAA, unemployment administration, etc).

• Drive the development of future leaders by shaping and executing strategies in recruiting, community outreach, organizational development, employee relations, and workplace safety.

• Support and conduct critical HR investigations, performance management processes, and disciplinary actions, including terminations.

• Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs by monitoring key workforce metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Work alongside Operations, Local Leadership, and HR partners to plan, communicate, and execute HR initiatives, projects, and process enhancements.

• At least 5 years of Human Resources management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Leadership experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with a strong results‑driven mindset.

• Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI).

• Strong ability to interpret, respond to, and resolve employment law matters.

Intermediate Level

This is a Permanent position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
