Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Recruit and onboard new hires; conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage payroll and benefits for employees; ADP experience preferred
- Maintain up-to-date HR forms and employee files
- Stay current on employment law changes and communicate relevant updates internally
- Partner with the Executive team to implement employee engagement strategies and long‑term HR initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and payroll processing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software systems
