As a High-Volume Headhunter at MORROW GROUP LLC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent and Agents. This position requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing and engaging with candidates, possesses excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is more of a sales role and requires experience in outbound calling, creating appointments, and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

High Volume Outbound Calling

Utilize various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of sales success
Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
