Overview
As the Director of Dining Services
, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a dining account, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding customer experiences, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires strong client relationship management, financial oversight, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of associates. You will collaborate with culinary and management teams to deliver innovative dining programs and maintain the highest standards of service.
- Client & Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Menu Development: Partner with the Chef and management team to create menus that reflect quality, variety, and innovation.
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of P&L and budgeting for the account, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Program Implementation: Lead the rollout of new culinary programs and initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in food service operations, with a focus on high-volume production and catering.
- Proven experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a desire to grow within a leading food service organization.
