Role ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:
- Be responsible for all food and beverage production and service as directed by hotel/company leadership, supervise our front of house and back of house TEAM for our Bistro and bar, as well as banquets when applicable for the property.
- Lead to create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.
- 2+ years’ of food and beverage supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Banquet and Catering background preferred
- Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
- Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
