Location: Downtown Hotel

Base pay: $10.00/hr,
Cash tips can increase earnings to $15.00–$19.00+/hr.

We are looking for energetic, fast‑moving Valet Attendants who enjoy driving cars and meeting people. You will be the first and last point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming experience with professionalism and efficiency.

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently, ensuring timely service.
• Greet customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport.
• Help direct traffic to keep flow clean and organized.
• Work independently or under supervision as required.
• Promote excellent customer relations and make guests love LAZ Parking.

• Dynamic, charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help.
• Dependable – reliable and never disappoints.
• Good driver with a clean driving record; can operate manual transmission.
• Good under pressure – thrives in busy environments.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Team player who supports and motivates colleagues.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
• Professional and effective communication.
• Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
• Work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

• Work in various weather conditions.
• Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during shifts.
