RoleSummary:
Regional One Health is seeking a seasoned Director, Oncology Operations to lead the operational, financial, and clinical performance of our Cancer Center. This senior leadership role partners closely with physician leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional, patient-centered oncology and infusion services across the organization.
This Leader Will:- Lead daily and strategic operations for oncology services
- Drive financial performance, budgeting, and resource optimization
- Provide workforce leadership, including staffing strategy, talent development, and performance management
- Advance strategic growth, practice development, and facilities planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
- Champion patient experience, safety, and quality outcomes
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to manage resources effectively, monitor financial performance, and optimize processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify areas for improvement, solve complex problems, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent Team Management skills to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, foster collaboration, and enhance team performance.
- Customer Service excellence to uphold patient satisfaction, maintain quality care, and ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.
- Proven knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is required.
- Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership/administrative experience in oncology services required.
- At least 1 year of experience RN and /or clinical experience preferred.
