• Collect and record quality of life data from patients.
• Interview patients by phone and record their responses into a research database.
• Follow a script and accurately record answers while conducting yourself in a professional and positive manner.
• Build professional rapport via telephone.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in data collection
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via telephone and complete work in a timely manner while maintaining detail and accuracy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Experience in a medical environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
