Home Instead is seeking experienced individuals to work shifts covering several clients. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with weekends required. Available shifts include 7pm to 7am, 6am to 2pm, 7am to 3pm, or 2pm to 10pm.
We are looking for caring and compassionate CAREgivers to join our team and help enhance the lives of aging adults in our community. Home Instead provides non-medical services that enable seniors to stay in their homes and face aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Providing care for individuals with Alzheimer’s
- Respectfully caring for seniors and their property
- Communicating effectively with clients
- Completing background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screens
- Possessing a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Minimum two years of experience, not necessarily from a facility
