Sageberry Psychology is seeking a licensed, independently practicing clinician to join our team. Our physical office is located in New Albany, MS, but this position offers full flexibility — remote, hybrid, or in-person — making it an excellent opportunity for clinicians living in the greater Memphis area. We welcome applicants based in Tennessee who hold (or are eligible for) independent licensure in Mississippi.

We are looking for a therapist committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clients to establish goals and evaluate outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, consultations, and professional development
  • Comply with all legal, ethical, and HIPAA standards
  • Maintain active licensure and continuing education
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Current independent license in Mississippi (LPC, LCSW, or LP)
  • Experience with diverse client populations preferred
  • Proficiency with EHR systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
