Hearing Care Trainee - Memphis, TN (Part-time opportunity)

Compensation: $13.00 - $20.00/hour + commission. Training and licensing expenses provided.

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community involvement.
• Engage in community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.
• Support the Belcare promise, Beltone’s nationwide network of care.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

• Interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and have an associate's degree.

• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work independently.
