The Executive Director at Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care holds the honor of fostering and developing a team devoted to ensuring that patients experience grace and solace during their final passage. Executive Director

Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or closely related field preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree considered with extensive applicable experience
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare preferably in hospice
  • Must be able to demonstrate an effective form of communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
  • Experience with multiple sites is highly preferred
  • Requires the ability to travel
  • Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
  • Demonstrate the ability to direct, guide, lead, and support staff
  • Ensure appropriate data collection and accurately generate reports
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors for effective management of services
  • Establish and implement an overall growth strategy
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage the financial resources of the company
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Overall responsibility for the success of the site
Executive Director Schedule & Benefits:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm with after-hour work as needed.
