Physical Therapist

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist position in Memphis, TN. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating physical impairments and functional movement disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating rehabilitation programs, and educating patients and families. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and supporting patients in achieving their therapy and recovery goals.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
• Proficiency in Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation
• Experience with Home Care practices and solutions is beneficial
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee, or eligible for state licensure
• Ability to develop patient-centered care plans and adapt treatments to individual needs
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in therapy services
