Purposeof the Role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to patients at Crestwyn Behavioral Health while serving as a clinical leader and resource for staff. This role plays a key part in developing, implementing, and strengthening ABA programming across the unit.
What You’ll Do- Implement and oversee ABA programming
- Deliver direct ABA services to patients
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including ADOS and other specialized evaluations
- Facilitate daily interdisciplinary team meetings
- Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and pursue ongoing professional growth
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and annual in-services
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
- Clinical competence in providing high-quality ABA services in a structured setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – active and in good standing

Join Crestwyn Behavioral Health as a BCBA and play a key role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. In this position, you’ll guide ABA programming, provide hands-on clinical support, and help shape a positive, collaborative learning culture for staff. The BCBA serves as a clinical leader—offering direct services, training team members, conducting assessments, and ensuring that care aligns with best practices and hospital standards.

- Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
- Provide supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates
- Train new staff on ABA techniques
- Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement
- Facilitates daily team meetings
- Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services
- Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
- Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a timely manner
- Participates in performance improvement activities
- Follows all hospital policies and procedures
- Must maintain license or certification in good standing
- Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate
- Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements- Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with working with adolescent population
- Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
- First aid may be required based on state or facility
