Overview
As part of a collaborative team, provides tele‑nursing care focusing on early intervention to a diverse population of critically ill adults across multiple ICUs. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide remote or direct patient care, coordinate the provision of care and serve as a role model in clinical practice and professional development. Blends caring, compassion, knowledge and integrity to provide safe, quality care that preserves patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
Will work one ICU shift per schedule in ICU to maintain clinical knowledge and skills. Performs other duties as assigned.

- Implements and evaluates the plan of care
- Coordinates provision of care
- Decreases the risk of clinical problems for assigned ICU patients
- Communicates with others in providing patient care

- Completes assigned goals
- 5 years experience in adult ICU setting
- 10 years experience in adult ICU setting; eICU experience
- Completion of RN program
- BSN
- Successful completion of critical care course or equivalent
- Successful completion of critical care course or equivalent
- Computer literacy;
Effective communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; strong critical thinking and problem solving skills;
Capability of making rapid and clinically accurate decisions based on best practice and evidence based practice; EKG Rhythm Interpretation.

BLS Certification within 14 days of hire; CCRN (Certified Critical Care Nurse) or CCRNe credential must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
