Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

One of our large customers is seeking 2 Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join their team. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the Pharmacy Support Technician performs a variety of routine technical and clerical tasks to ensure efficient pharmaceutical services in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Assist with medication dispensing and prescription filling within pharmaceutical operations.
• Prepare unit dose medications to support the preparation and delivery of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Maintain and file patient records accurately as per organizational procedures.
• Support inventory management by ordering, stocking, and distributing supplies throughout the pharmacy and institution (e.g., nursing floors, emergency supply carts), ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet departmental and institutional goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance to ensure continuity of service.

• Must have an active pharmacy technician license in State of TN
• PTCB certification
