Clinic Operations Director – Proud Moments ABA

Memphis, TN – Bartlett Corporate Park, Wolfcreek Parkway

Proud Moments ABA provides gold‑standard Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism. We are opening a brand‑new center in Bartlett, TN and are looking for a dynamic leader to direct day‑to‑day operations, strategic growth, and client experience.

• Lead the financial success and continued growth of the center by managing all day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Expand access to ABA services by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and community referral partners.
• Oversee the administrative activities and performance of Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new families through weekly meetings and ongoing support.
• Advocate for families, promptly resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement by managing authorizations, billing, and compliance procedures.
• Motivate staff to grow professionally through annual evaluations, goal setting, and continuous performance monitoring.

• Compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred background in ABA therapy.
• 2–4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with staff, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, project planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
