Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to accuracy and a talent for managing financial transactions efficiently. The role focuses on ensuring timely and precise processing of payments while maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Process and apply customer payments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ensure timely posting of payments to appropriate accounts to maintain proper financial records.

- Review and reconcile discrepancies in payment applications to prevent errors.

- Communicate with customers to address inquiries or resolve payment-related issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth cash application processes.

- Monitor and maintain accurate billing records to support accounts receivable activities.

- Utilize cash management tools to track and report cash activity effectively.
