A well-capitalized, growth-oriented organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations and partner closely with the CFO and executive team. This is a visible role for a hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, revenue)
- Oversee month-end and year-end close; prepare financial statements
- Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Manage lender and shareholder reporting
- Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Lead and develop the accounting team; drive process improvements
- Support ERP/system enhancements and corporate finance initiatives
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 8–10+ years of accounting experience with people leadership
- Strong GAAP, audit, and internal controls experience
- ERP experience required (Oracle or Net Suite a plus)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Executive visibility and meaningful influence
