Wealth Strategist | Multi-Family Office

A Multi-Family Office is seeking an experienced HNW professional from public accounting, estate planning law, or wealth management to join its growing advisory team. This role focuses on delivering sophisticated wealth planning for ultra-high-net-worth families ($25M+ in assets) in a highly collaborative, client-first environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a tax professional, estate planning attorney, or seasoned advisor looking to transition into comprehensive wealth planning without sales pressure, billable hours, or compliance work.

• Deliver high-touch, relationship-driven client service (no sales or business development)
• Develop and implement complex wealth planning strategies for UHNW clients
• Partner closely with the Chief Wealth Strategist (JD/CPA) and senior leadership
• Lead client engagements and contribute to customized planning solutions across tax, estate, trust, and broader wealth planning matters
• Build deep client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Take on increasing responsibility over time, with a clear path for professional growth and advancement
• Maintain strong work-life balance within a supportive team culture

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, estate planning law, or wealth management
• Background working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Desire to grow into a holistic wealth planning role
