Senior Finance Leadership

Overview

Our client is looking for an accomplished finance leader to steer financial direction across their regional operations. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to elevate performance, strengthen governance, and deliver sharp strategic insight while partnering closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.

As a core member of the regional leadership team, you’ll own end-to-end finance across accounting, planning, reporting, and controls. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of core financial activities—supporting immediate performance priorities as well as longer-term business goals.

The position provides meaningful scope to help shape business direction, build and develop high-performing teams, and implement scalable financial frameworks in a fast-moving environment.

• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders
• Significant senior finance leadership experience in complex organizations
• Fully qualified finance professional (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Experience leading and developing finance teams through change or growth
• Strong background across financial reporting, planning, controls, and commercial finance

• Experience with ERP and enterprise finance systems
• Exposure to regional and enterprise-level reporting environments
• Background supporting transformation, integration, or operational scaling
• Experience operating across different business models (product, service, project-based, subscription)

• $165 000 - $200 000 (depending on experience)
• Performance-related variable compensation
