Our client is seeking an accomplished Finance Director to provide financial leadership across their regional operations. This is a senior-level opportunity to drive financial performance, governance, and strategic insight while partnering closely with commercial and operational leaders.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will lead all finance activities including accounting, planning, reporting, and controls. You'll combine strategic finance leadership with hands‑on oversight of core financial operations, supporting both immediate performance needs and long‑term business objectives.

This role offers significant scope to influence business direction, develop high‑performing teams, and build scalable financial frameworks in a dynamic environment.

Essential
  • Fully qualified finance professional (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Significant senior finance leadership experience within complex organizations
  • Strong background across financial reporting, planning, controls, and commercial finance
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders
  • Experience leading and developing finance teams through change or growth
Preferred
  • Experience operating across different business models (product, service, project-based, subscription)
  • Exposure to regional and enterprise-level reporting environments
  • Experience with ERP and enterprise finance systems
  • Background supporting transformation, integration, or operational scaling
  • $165 000 - $200 000 (depending on experience)
  • Performance-related variable compensation
