Position: Registered Client Associate (Private Wealth Management)

A well-established, highly respected financial services firm is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support its Private Wealth / Private Client team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, thrives in a fast-paced advisory environment, and wants to build a long‑term career in wealth management
.

As a Registered Client Associate, you will serve as a key partner to Financial Advisors, acting as a primary point of contact for clients while ensuring day‑to‑day account operations run smoothly and accurately. This position blends client service, administrative excellence, and operational support
, offering strong exposure to the investment management business and opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Open and maintain client accounts, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Process and enter client trades and transactions through internal systems and trading platforms
  • Review trade confirmations and reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and service needs
  • Support advisors with client communications, correspondence, and meeting preparation
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and record maintenance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and firm compliance standards
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, or a similar client‑facing support role
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Professional demeanor with a client‑first mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning industry‑specific systems
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work additional hours when needed
Licenses & Registrations (Required or Must Be Obtained)
  • SIE – Securities Industry Essentials
  • Series 7 – General Securities Representative
  • Series 63 or Series 66 – State Law Registration
