A well-established, highly respected financial services firm is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support its Private Wealth / Private Client team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, thrives in a fast-paced advisory environment, and wants to build a long‑term career in wealth management

As a Registered Client Associate, you will serve as a key partner to Financial Advisors, acting as a primary point of contact for clients while ensuring day‑to‑day account operations run smoothly and accurately. This position blends client service, administrative excellence, and operational support
, offering strong exposure to the investment management business and opportunities for professional growth.
- Open and maintain client accounts, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Process and enter client trades and transactions through internal systems and trading platforms
- Review trade confirmations and reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and service needs
- Support advisors with client communications, correspondence, and meeting preparation
- Coordinate administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and record maintenance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and firm compliance standards
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, or a similar client‑facing support role
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Professional demeanor with a client‑first mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning industry‑specific systems
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work additional hours when needed
- SIE – Securities Industry Essentials
- Series 7 – General Securities Representative
- Series 63 or Series 66 – State Law Registration
