Investments Department Support Manager – First Bank
Overview: The FBIP Department Support Manager will be a main point of contact for the Investments team with various initiatives, including serving as a liaison between the team and corporate partners. This role will manage projects and other critical tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Fostering company partner relationships and serving as the primary contact within the investment division and other company partners.
- Creating and distributing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including but not limited to AUM, production revenue, and investment referral tracking.
- Maintaining and developing P&L data and reports by working with the Finance and Accounting departments.
- Supporting the hiring process by managing the new hire and onboarding process for new Investment team members, coordinating documents with the HR team, the new hire, and management.
- Organizing team meetings as well as larger department events.
- Developing current procedures and establishing new practices to support the ongoing growth of the investment division.

Education And/or Experience- High school degree or GED required.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience supporting a sales team or organization with a focus on coordinating reports and overall documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality, maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Respectful demeanor toward associates and managers, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
