The Controller will be responsible for oversight of the Company's accounting and financial reporting functions and is responsible for leading all day-to-day accounting, and resource planning activities. This role requires an experienced hands-on individual who thrives on driving improvements that help ensure high-quality financial information is captured, created and quickly available for use in real-time.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, deduction processing, inventory, and statutory reporting.
• Drive automation across all accounting functions to instill management by exception as a rule while providing additional growth opportunities for staff.
• Create and drive a culture of engagement, collaboration, and respect, where teamwork and active problem-solving result in continuous improvement throughout the company.
• Manage the month-end close process, maintaining reconciliation schedules, drafting trended and variance analysis timely.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Support new systems and projects and implement them from strategic finance and internal control perspective.
