• Assists managing and directing the gathering and consolidation of financial data during the budget/forecast process.
• Manage the collection and reporting of performance vs. proforma.
• Identify/Analyze operational financial issues and recommend/implement opportunities and improvements.
• Prepares weekly reporting packages for senior leadership
• Preparation of various monthly internal financial reports.
• Assist accounting in the monthly close process, i.e. journal entries, reconciliations, etc. and in the research and analysis of monthly financial performance.
• Evaluates financial implications of specific business decisions/opportunities and advises management accordingly to ensure financial performance is achieved.
• Supports annual business plan and/or strategic plan process by providing the financial impact of key alternatives and translation of ideas into cost and profit.
• Foster and maintain a collaborative environment that focuses on high quality service delivery to internal clients.
• Interfaces with other departments within the company to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial data.
• Assists with finance related special projects such as gross margin analysis and assessment of new business opportunities.
