Summary: This position supports Banking Centers with inquiries regarding DDA/Savings/CDA bank products. The position will perform account maintenance, compliance review as well as researching and resolving discrepancies within the clients' files. • Assist banking centers with client inquiries regarding DDA/Savings and CDA products, services, and client information files, ensuring client transactions are correct and reflect the most current documented information.
• Complete requests as needed while updating various systems with clear and concise details. Work with all lines of business as well as Financial Centers to provide superior customer service and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets based on EPIC performance feedback. Provide support/suggestion to management and team on ways to enhance productivity.

• High school diploma; associate's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of related experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and some knowledge of bank operation systems including Hogan.
• Some understanding of bank products preferred; applicant should exhibit a strong sense of ownership and be team oriented.
