What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in site design, land development, and land use permitting
• Strong command of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• FE certification required; PE designation preferred and will accelerate your candidacy
• Sharp analytical and communication skills — you'll interface with clients and consultants, not just your desk
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
