We are recruiting a highly motivated Applications Engineer to support customers, field sales representatives, and internal teams by providing specialized technical expertise, strong communication, and seamless project support.

As an Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our heat‑transfer product lines and helping customers select the right solutions for their unique applications. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a technical resource for our equipment, supporting both field sales reps and direct house accounts.
• Provide technical and commercial assistance to build relationships with other groups like sales & marketing.
• Assist with the selection and application of steam, refrigerant, and glycol‑based heat transfer products.
• Apply foundational heat transfer principles to help guide customers’ engineering decisions.
• Participate in reviews for large or unique applications requiring advanced engineering or production considerations.
• Provide information for submittal and production drawings
  , ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
• Assist with quality issue resolution and provide technical clarity to production leaders.
• Support product development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites and industry trade shows.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Strong communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism
• Working knowledge of heat transfer principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & some experience with Math Cad, SAP
