We are seeking a Construction Management Intern to join our team at Ardmore Roderick for the 2026 summer season. As an Construction Management Intern
, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our client field office at the Memphis International Airport.
- Support project team with meeting coordination, file management, document control and progress reporting
- Provide progress updates to supervisor and be receptive to learning about construction management
- Assist with collection and review of information for quality reporting to appropriate parties
- Relate and apply knowledge acquired in the academic setting to work activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural, electrical, and civil partners
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university
- Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and take ownership of follow through on assigned tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
- Have good to great organizational skills
- Prior internship experience
- Interest in construction management coordination and constructability concepts

Hourly Pay: $25, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
