💡 Position Summary
First Point Group is seeking an experienced Nokia Resident Engineer to support a Tier‑1 customer lab environment for AT&T in Memphis. This role is key to ensuring high-quality feature testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Nokia RAN technologies within a mission-critical operator lab.

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and incident response for Nokia RAN components
• Escalate complex technical issues to Nokia Care and track resolution
• Support software upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes
• Prepare and review Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for testing and deployment activities
• Participate in ORT (Operational Readiness Testing) and ATP (Acceptance Testing Procedures)
• Generate KPI, incident, and technical performance reports
• Support feature testing, trials, and pre-launch readiness activities
• Lead and coordinate with field contractors and cross-functional engineering teams

• Recent hands-on experience (within last 2 years) with Nokia RAN technologies
• Strong O&M background with Nokia Air Scale and Flexi Zone (indoor/outdoor)
• Proficiency with Nokia Element Manager, Net Act, and Mantra tools
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills using Nokia trace tools
• Experience supporting Tier-1 operator environments (AT&T experience preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
• Ability to pass NSA background check
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination abilities

• Experience with AT&T lab environments or feature validation teams
• Understanding of 4G/5G performance KPIs and RAN optimization
• Familiarity with SA/NSA architectures and RAN integration workflows
• Previous lab testing, interoperability, or new product introduction experience
• Experience guiding or mentoring field engineering teams
