- Creates complex models to determine optimal scheduling practices through on‑site observations in collaboration with local leadership.
- Provides education, coaching, and continued process improvement to clinical leadership on efficiencies in the use of their workforce.
- Provides additional support with the scheduling system and leads the reporting from that system.
- Provides standardization and enhancement in reporting for the Baptist Position Control Committee.
- System lead for HR reporting through the ERP system.
- Tracks performance through metrics and continuing process improvement.
