We are looking for a
** Senior Digitization Engineer
** to help accelerate our Manufacturing 4.0 journey. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our digital manufacturing landscape, influence global operations, and bring innovative technologies to life in a world class medical technology business.
* Leading strategic digital manufacturing initiatives that advance Manufacturing 4.0 across global sites
* Translating user needs and business requirements into system architectures and technical specifications
* Collaborating with Operations, Manufacturing IT, Operational Excellence, and Data Analytics to deliver scalable digital solutions
* Identifying and implementing technologies for automated data collection, IIoT connectivity, and advanced data visualization
* Providing advanced technical support and lifecycle ownership of global OT applications
* Supporting manufacturing sites with local digital manufacturing initiatives
* Providing Design for Automation input to New Product Development teams
* Driving continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, cost, and manufacturing performance
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
* Minimum 5 years’ experience working in global cross functional technical environments
* Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners
* Strong communication skills including written verbal and presentation capabilities
