Akkodis is seeking a Test Engineer for a 6 month Contract to Hire job with a client in Memphis TN (Onsite). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Automobile/Manufacturing industry is a must.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $50/hour

We are hiring Test Engineer II and Test Engineering Technician II to support Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong electrical fundamentals, hands‑on troubleshooting, and flexibility across projects and shifts are required. Test Engineer II candidates must also have foundational PLC and controls knowledge.

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures
• Provide on‑site test support for manufacturing lines
• Analyze test data and report results using Power BI
• Develop and maintain test automation and scripts (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW)
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design teams

• Strong electrical background
• Troubleshooting of test equipment and PC‑based systems
• Experience in manufacturing, lab, or test environments
• Strong time management and ability to multitask

• Ladder Logic fundamentals
• AutoCAD, MATLAB, SAP
• Industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus)

• 3rd Shift (Mon–Thurs): 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM
• 4th Shift (Fri–Sun): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 5th Shift (Fri–Sun): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
