Field Service-Inkjet printing machinery

Overview

A leading international manufacturer of continuous roll-fed inkjet presses used in the labeling industries is looking for a field service engineer to be based out of the Memphis, TN area. This will allow you to work remotely from home. Expect mostly local travel with limited regional travel or weekend work.

• Provide field service and maintenance for inkjet printing equipment, including on-site support and remote assistance as needed.
• Diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment uptime in collaboration with customers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support installations, service visits, and ongoing improvements.
• Travel locally with limited regional travel or weekend commitments as required by the role.

• Prior experience in field service or maintenance of inkjet printing equipment. Experience in color printing is strongly desired.
• You do not need direct industry experience to apply; the company is open and willing to train.
• Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics degree is welcomed.
• Good computer and communication skills; ability to work independently and within groups.

Hourly with OT, starting yearly base salary between $65k and $75k with an income potential of $90k+ and a solid benefits package. Included are a car allowance, laptop, and cell phone.
