We are looking for a Tech Service & Product Manager to:

• Lead and mentor a global team of AV engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
• Oversee the design and integration of AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and digital streaming
• Manage AV product engineering solutions from conception to completion
• Collaborate with Product Owners, operational peers, internal clients, and other departments to align AV solutions with organizational goals

You will report into the End User Communication Global Engineering Lead as part of a wider engineering team. You will work closely with your peers, product teams, operations leads, and external delivery partners to form an agile, outcome‑oriented team. Together, we are responsible for keeping our internal customers happy by providing excellent product outcomes. You will be located in our Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC office.

• Ideally, 7+ years of experience in AV engineering, with ideally 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AV Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience with AV systems such as Crestron, Cisco, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and similar platforms
• Strong understanding of networked AV, signal flow, and control systems
• Knowledge of IT networking principles and collaboration tools such as Gitlab
• Budgeting and vendor management experience
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
