Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis, TN, for a Hyperscale Data Center Project Scheduler. The Project Scheduler will develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and deadlines. Tasks include coordinating schedules with project teams, analyzing progress against plans, identifying risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and managing changes effectively. Collaboration with contractors, consultants, and other professionals will be key to ensuring successful and timely project completion.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools, along with strong understanding of scheduling principles and techniques
  • Experience in construction scheduling, project planning, and time management
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of risk management and change management processes
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks proactively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or relevant certification is a plus
  • Prior experience with data center or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to travel as needed and collaborate effectively in an on-site project environment
