The opportunityThe Growth Driver Activation Center (GDAC) sits within Sales Activation and includes the following growth drivers:
Alliances, Managed Services, and select Solutions. The GDAC Strategist is aligned to a sector focused on growing the footprint of the specified growth driver across accounts. The GDAC Strategist drives go‑to‑market (GTM) efforts while leveraging data and insights, innovating, and collaborating with sector and account leaders. The GDAC Strategist works with various Service Line and Sector Leadership, Global Client Service Partners (GCSP), Sales Executives (SE), and Account Managers and collaborates across functions within the business.
They report to the Growth Driver Activation Leader under Sales Activation Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute GTM activities including acceleration sessions and/or campaigns (i.e., “growth plays”) focused on simplifying navigation of the growth driver ecosystem for account teams.
- Serve as a knowledge hub for growth drivers and connect the dots across the ecosystem to simplify growth driver activation for teams.
- Collaborate with Service Line Leadership, Sector Leadership, Sales Executives, Account Managers, and GCSPs to co‑develop growth driver strategy and account strategy.
- Develop and guide the execution of action plans, and facilitate growth driver strategy sessions or campaigns.
- Build net new qualified pipeline.
- Navigate across the firm’s Growth Driver Ecosystem and Markets Growth Operating System.
- Influence leaders and impact sales excellence by growing new pipeline.
- Operate both internally and externally and on a local and global virtual basis to achieve results.
- Establish credibility and trust.
- Work with minimum supervision, operating with agility, versatility, and strong problem‑solving ability.
- 7–10+ years of sales/solution activation or similar relevant experience focused on go‑to‑market and sales enablement.
- Consumer and retail experience.
- Strong understanding of solution strategy and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Effective influencing and relationship‑building skills with executive presence.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in Business or Marketing preferred).
- Experience delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong business/commercial acumen and understanding of major industry sector trends.
- Ability to travel (approximately 10–20%).

What We Offer YouWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, a flexible hybrid model, and a flexible vacation policy. Base salary ranges are $96,300–$180,100 in all U.S. locations, with higher ranges for New York, Washington, and California (excluding Sacramento). The total rewards package includes medical/dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, paid time off, and more.
