Center Clinical Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient – Memphis, TN

COMPENSATION: $260-$290k base + Bonuses and Partnership

• Salary:
  Base $280,000-$300,000
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday work schedule;
  Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

  Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

• Inhouse Consulting Specialist:
  Cardiology, Podiatry and more
• Holistic Health Services:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education:
  
  MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
