Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Intensivists to join our collaborative PICU team on a per diem basis at Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Childrenâs Hospital , located on the campus of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women in beautiful Germantown, TN â”a vibrant suburb of Memphis.

Position Highlights:

• 300â“400 annual PICU admissions
• In-house daytime coverage with at-home night call
• Procedural sedation provided in the PICU
• Responsibilities include:
• Admissions and management of critically ill pediatric patients
• Family consultations and communication with referring physicians
• Work alongside a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist team also managed by Pediatrix
• Access to a wide range of pediatric subspecialty support including:
• Neurology, Cardiology, GI, Orthopedics, ENT, Pulmonology, and Pediatric Surgery

• Board certified/Board eligible in Pediatric Critical Care
• TN Medical License or active IMLC preferred
• Minimum 1 year post-fellowship clinical experience required
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience required

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
