POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that meet both business objectives and user needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in human‑computer interaction, computer science, design or equivalent work experience.
- Seven (7) years of experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems/components.
- Strong working knowledge of user research, methodologies, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- User‑centered design thinking to craft effective, intuitive interfaces.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills to address usability and accessibility challenges.
- Some travel required.
This position can be domiciled at any Fed Ex Freight location within the continental US. You will be required to work at a Fed Ex Freight location several times per week.
