Our Program:
In partnership with the University of Memphis, we have an established call center on campus for students to engage, learn and build valuable skills through an internship. The internship is part‑time, paid, 12–25 hours per week each semester with flexible shifts.

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm or 3:00 – 7:00 pm

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm or 3:00 – 7:00 pm for the first week of internship
• Must fully commit to the 10‑day training period
• Training is on site at the University of Memphis Call Center, 4075 Park Avenue, Suite 100, Memphis, TN 38111
• Training Dates:
  Monday, April 20, 2026 – Friday, May 1, 2026

• Responsible for providing support and communicating on behalf of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to individuals, businesses and organizations to support the mission of saving children’s lives
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English in a clear and understandable manner
• Ability to listen to and understand verbal/written instructions or information and accurately input data
• Requires a degree of judgement and the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely for communication with internal and external relationships
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Must be actively enrolled at the University of Memphis and at least 18 years old
