• Act as the first point of contact for patients arriving in person
• Answer inbound calls from customers, providing information and troubleshooting issues
• Process new orders, verify insurance, and monitor incoming faxes
• Gather documentation needed to meet insurance guidelines and assist patients
• Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referrals

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Effective communication skills in person, on the phone, and electronically
• Patient-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

• At least two years of experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center
• Experience utilizing a multi-line phone system
